Thank you for visiting and shopping with Glitzy Dip. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our policies.
Shipping Policy:
- Shipment Processing Time - All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates - Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Most shipments will be made USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days). Periodically, some shipments may be made via UPS if the delivery period is similar to USPS Priority Mail. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
- Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses - We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking - You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- Customs, Duties and Taxes - Glitzy Dip is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- Damages - Glitzy Dip is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- International Shipping Policy - Glitzy Dip currently ships internationally for orders paid for via credit card on our website. We will not allow international orders to be paid or shipped via COD, check, outside of our website processing or otherwise.
- Local Delivery - Glitzy Dip may offer local delivery from time to time. Deliveries will be made to drop off orders on the door step or door knob of the shipping address on the order. Glitzy Dip is not responsible for orders once they are delivered to the shipping address.
Return Policy
- Unopened products in their original condition may be returned and refunded.
- Shipping is not refundable.
- Product must be returned within 30 days of receipt and package must include a copy of the original receipt.
- Refunds will not be granted for products that are returned in anything other than their original form.
- A return label will be provided by Glitzy Dip. To start a return, email us at customercare@glitzydip.com.

Rewards & Referral Program:
Glitzy Dip does not promise to keep the rewards program now or forever, nor does it promise that points earning or redemption of points will remain the same. Referrals are valid only when referring a new customer to Glitzy Dip. Program participants are not allowed to create multiple accounts for themselves with different email addresses and refer themselves with the intent to manipulate the program and get discounts. Any participant who has violated the rules or has been proven to be acting in bad faith will be terminated from the program.
